A Twist on Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
1 can Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
¼ cup chopped olives
1 Tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 Tablespoon chopped celery
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Milanese Gremolata
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
In a large bowl combine flaked tuna, chopped olives, red bell pepper, parsley, celery and black pepper; set aside.
In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, Milanese Gremolata EVOO and spicy brown mustard. Cover and shake well. Pour over tuna mixture and stir to combine. Serve on top a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
