Southwestern White Chicken Chili


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Smoked Red Cayenne Chili EVOO

1 cup chopped onions

1 clove garlic minced

1 tablespoon Oregano Balsamic Vinegar

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 14.5 ounce can cannellini beans

6 cups chicken stock

1 ½ cup shredded chicken

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon red chili flakes

2 tablespoons chili powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Avocado, diced

Cherry tomatoes, sliced

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Preheat large pan over medium high heat; add Smoked Chaabani EVOO and chopped onions.  Saute for 5-7 minutes or until onions soften and turn translucent; add minced garlic and saute another 1-2 minutes.  Stir in Oregano Balsamic Vinegar, cream of chicken soup, cannellini beans, chicken stock, shredded chicken and spices.  Cover and simmer for about an hour.  Serve with diced avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes and fresh cilantro.  Enjoy!
