Asian Chopped Salad

Ingredients:

1 T. Gourmet Toasted Sesame Oil

2 T. Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

1 t. dijon mustard 

Salt and pepper, to taste 

1 English cucumber, chopped 

1 cup shredded carrots

¼ cup chopped red pepper

1 avocado, chopped


Directions:

Combine Gourmet Toasted Sesame Oil, Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well.  Season with salt and pepper, to taste.  


Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.  Drizzle with prepared vinaigrette and toss well.  Enjoy!
